2023 & Beyond identified fourteen priority goals across seven key areas of our College. For clarity, the achievement of each goal may take between 12 months and 3 years. Furthermore, measured targets to achieve each goal may include steps such as deep research, development of resources, creation of new programs, redevelopment of College systems and collaboration with our community and business leaders.
It would also be accurate to affirm that most schools have strategic plans. However, evidence indicates that many schools fail to adequately update their community on the progress the school is making towards each goal. Sheldon College continuously strives for a transparent approach with families and it is therefore important to communicate clearly and regularly regarding our progress towards our own strategic goals.
