Through a structured framework that promotes continuous review and improvement, students are empowered to contribute their perspectives and ideas. We provide a range of opportunities for students to actively engage in decision-making processes and think beyond traditional boundaries.
At Sheldon, we prioritise and celebrate Student Voice as a cornerstone of our educational philosophy. From assemblies predominantly led by student presenters and featuring student performances, to actively seeking and valuing student feedback through comprehensive surveys on important matters, we ensure that our students have a platform to express their opinions and ideas.
Beyond this, our curriculum and activities are designed to empower students to take initiative and lead, whether through clubs, leadership positions, or collaborative projects. We believe that fostering Student Voice not only enhances the learning experience but also cultivates a sense of ownership and responsibility among our students, preparing them to confidently navigate and contribute to their communities and beyond.
By valuing and incorporating student voice, we create an environment where students feel valued, empowered, and have a real impact on their educational experience. At Sheldon College, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates and amplifies the voices of our students.
