Sheldon College Fee Structure 2017
We thank you for considering Sheldon College for your child. Listed below are our 2017 College fees for Preparatory through to Year 12, including multiple sibling discounts to assist families. |Prep – Year 4||$2,538.00 per term ($10,152 per year)|
|Year 5 – Year 6||$2,875.75 per term ($11,503 per year)|
|Year 7 – Year 12||$3,312.00 per term ($13,248 per year)|
An invoice will be issued by the College approximately 2 or 3 weeks prior to the due dates for payment each term. Included in this invoice will be:
- The all-inclusive tuition fee appropriate for each sub-College
- The Resource Levies applicable for each year level
- Music Tuition fees (excluding Piano) - $290 per term for group lessons, and $400 per term for
- Piano Tuition fees - $380 per term (individual lessons)
- Special charges (where appropriate)
All fees/levies are issued on a term basis and are due for payment in full on the following dates:

For families with three or more children enrolled at the College, in the years Kindergarten to Year 12 at any one time, the following discounts on Term Fees are available:
|3rd student||10% on applicable eldest sibling|
|4th student||15% on applicable eldest sibling|
|5th or more students||50% on applicable eldest sibling|
Fees/levies are to be paid in full by 4:00pm on the due date each term unless a prior Direct Debit agreement has been entered into. Accounts not received in full by 4:00pm on the due date will attract an administration charge equal to 5% of the fees payable.
Payments may be made by Cash, Cheque, BPay, Visa, MasterCard, EFT and AMEX (2% surcharge applies to AMEX). When using Electronic Funds Transfer, including BPay, please ensure that funds are received into the College’s account by the due date in order to avoid late payment charges. Delays by banking institutions or late delivery of mail from Australia Post will not be accepted as valid excuses for late payment.
Sheldon College reserves the right to exclude students from participating in co-curricular activities for which a fee is payable, for any period during which tuition fees or other charges remain outstanding.
